Budgets

Budgets are a way to track your spending and make sure you stay within your limits. You can set up budgets for all expense types.

How to setup a budget

You can setup your travel budget at the creation of your travel or later in the Analytics tab. For each expense type, you can set a budget, and you will be able to the forecast of your spending for your travel.

View your budget

You can view your budget in the Analytics tab. Select a time range to see your budget and the associated spending for that period. For each expense type, you will see the budget, the spending, the remaining amount and the the trend of your spending.

The trend is computed by comparing the spending of the current period with the average spending on the whole travel.

Edit your budget

Go to the Analytics tab and click on the Edit button to edit your budget.

Delete a budget

Go to the Analytics tab and click on the Edit button to edit your budget. Remove the budget amount and click on the Save button.
